Circa 81, Dank Burrito, Prime Bistro, and Beaufort Olive Oil Company realize and appreciate our unique opportunity to support the community and we are committed to doing so. Each year Circa 81, Prime Bistro, Beaufort Olive Oil Company, and Dank Burrito support dozens of charitable organizations through donations to various events and organizations. We receive a very large volume of requests for donations and, unfortunately, cannot fulfill them all. In response to the high volume of requests received, we have established the following guidelines to assist with the process. If you are interested in obtaining a donation from Circa 81, Beaufort Olive Oil Company, and/or Dank Burrito, please read the following guidelines.


If your organization is eligible please submit a formal donation request on organization letterhead and a completed donation request form via e-mail only (no phone calls or drop-in requests, please). The decision to make a donation is at the discretion of the 81 Hospitality Group Executive Steering Committee who reviews all requests.



-Your organization must be a charitable, tax-exempt or non-profit organization located within the Circa 81, Beaufort Olive Oil Company, and/or Dank Burrito customer-base.

-All donation requests must be submitted in writing on letterhead and received at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date.

-Phoned in or dropped off requests will, unfortunately, not be accepted.

-All portions of the request form must be completed in order to be considered.

-To accommodate as many requests as possible, we can only make one donation per calendar year/school year to each organization.

-Although we wish that we could fulfill all requests, submitting a request does not guarantee that your organization will receive a donation.

-If approved, all donations are subject to availability and will be fulfilled within five days of the event.

-Items donated are based on availability and internal business policies. Please understand that specific requests may not be able to be fulfilled and are not recommended. Once your request has been processed, a representative from our team will contact you regarding your donation pick-up.

- Once the request has been fulfilled we require a written statement from your organization, including Tax ID #, indicating the dollar amount of goods donated and date of donation.


Donations will not be mailed or dropped off. Send requests by E-Mail to using the donation form provided. You can scan the form and return via email or provide the requested information in the body of the email.
